We’ve built our reputation on quality, reliability and long-standing client relationships, and our continued growth means we’re now looking for experienced and dependable Site Foremen, Site Joiners and Shopfitters to join our expanding team.
The role
Working on retail and hospitality fit-out projects across the UK, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship in all aspects of joinery, including the installation and finishing of laminates, hardwoods and bespoke fittings.
You’ll work as part of a two or three-person team, depending on project requirements, collaborating closely with site managers and other trades to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to demanding client deadlines.
Who we’re looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience within the shopfitting or interior fit-out industry
- Be confident working independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Be able to interpret and work from technical drawings
- Be willing to work away from home and travel throughout the UK
- Be committed to maintaining high standards of health and safety on site
- Own a full set of professional tools
- Have access to their own vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence
- Hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 qualification in Joinery
- Possess a valid CSCS card
