Jephsons Shopfitters Commitment to Health & Safety

Compliance with high levels of health and safety is a standard we set in-house at Jephsons Shopfitters because we know how important it is to our clients.

At Jephsons Shopfitters we have always recognised our responsibility for ensuring the highest levels of health and safety with regard to the public, our clients and our staff. We ensure that wherever our operatives are present they are working in an environment that is safe for them, other contractors working alongside them and any visitors to the site.

All of our site staff have achieved CSCS status within their respective fields. All our site foremen have passed a five-day CITB site safety training course, and are qualified first-aiders.

Our health and safety policy has been developed over the years with the aim of constant improvement. Our health and safety record is second to none; our Considerate Constructors’ reports regularly state that we operate at a “high level beyond compliance”.  The company is approved and regulated by Safe Contractor, Altius and Construction Line.

As a result of experience, we appreciate the varying demands of different types of location. We work closely with local health and safety officers, and our clients’ advisors and in-house teams to ensure exceptionally high levels of compliance; not because we have to; but because we know it is right.

We are all in this together and Jephsons Shopfitters are passionate about being part of the solution, protecting our workforce and reducing the risk of spread of infection.

Testimonials

"Coffee Lovers Group has been a Costa Coffee franchisee for several years now and we have won many awards for our stores. Our teams pride themselves in providing a memorable experience to every customer. However, providing a first-class service is not just about making sure the coffee is great, it’s also about ensuring we maintain high standards throughout the whole customer journey. That is why I have retained Jephsons for our refurbishments and interior fit-outs. Just like our store teams, Jephsons’ fit-out teams always pay attention to detail and are focussed on making sure quality is key to completing projects. They have a team of talented individuals from whom I appreciate receiving ongoing suggestions on how to improve store fit outs and reduce long term maintenance issues. They manufacture the fittings themselves which gives me confidence in their joinery and finishing. If you are a franchisee looking for an interior fit-out company who can deliver good quality at a reasonable price with great after service, then you should be talking to Jephsons.
